In May 1998, the first double-chamber refrigerators MXM-268 left the conveyor of the Minsk Refrigerator Plant. In July, the first batch of MXM-2706 refrigerators was launched.

The new generation of ATLANT

The ATLANT range of refrigerators continues to expand actively in the early 2000s. The production of a large-sized model of the MXM-1705 refrigerator is being mastered. Another new model of the refrigerator with the upper arrangement of the increased freezer compartment, MXM-2712, was put on the conveyor. The year 2001 begins with the development of the production of two models of refrigerators with enlarged cooling chambers: MXM-1733 and MXM-1734. The MXM-1733 refrigerator with a total volume of 400 liters becomes the largest among those produced in the CIS countries. In March 2001, 48 models of refrigerators and freezers left the assembly line of the plant, and among them new products for the Minsk Refrigerator Plant were cabinets-cabinets ШВУ-0.4-1.3.

Increasing the range of refrigeration equipment, ATLANT CJSC is improving and expanding production at the Baranovichi Machine Tool Plant.In 2000, the Baranavichy Machine Tool Plant received a certificate of compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-96 of the quality system of machine tool production. In 2001, the factory manufactured the first serial batch of injection molding machines. The company began to create equipment for the processing of plastics.

On December 4, 2001, an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of ATLANT CJSC was held, at which a new general director, Shumilo Viktor Stepanovich, was elected. Kovalev Leonid Grigoryevich was appointed the chief engineer.

In 2002, the Baranavichy machine-tool plant launched production of S-KN series compressors on isobutane. Today ATLANT Inc. uses compressors exclusively of its own production, which are rightfully considered the most reliable and efficient among those manufactured in the CIS countries and, in particular, are adapted to voltage surges in electric networks of Belarus, Russia and other countries of the near abroad. ATLANT Company, expanding its capabilities, in 2003 became the first manufacturer of automatic washing machines in Belarus. At first, the machines are created on the basis of the experience of the best European manufacturers, then the enterprise switches to completely independent production. The first Belarusian washing machine is equipped with a display, has full electronic control, corresponds to energy efficiency class A and washing efficiency class A.

In 2006, ATLANT Inc. crossed a peculiar milestone: the 25 millionth ATLANT refrigerator and the 20 millionth ATLANT compressor were launched.

In 2008, ATLANT Inc. introduced built-in refrigerators, two-compressor refrigerators with energy efficiency class A (reducing energy consumption per day by up to 30%), refrigerators with a mirror on the door of the refrigerator, washing machines with an LCD display.

Since 2009, the Baranavichy Machine-Tool Plant has been producing serial production of energy-efficient ozone-safe compressors of the series

TL is licensed by Danfoss, so ATLANT launches refrigerators with A + energy efficiency class.

In 2010, the Baranavichy Machine-Tool Plant created the production of enamel wire. Production and technical capabilities allow us to produce wires of various diameters for the production of compressors of the SK and TL series, as well as for the production of other electrical machines. Six automatic lines can produce up to 3 thousand tons of enameled wire per year. Products successfully passed all the necessary tests.

In 2011, production was launched to produce electric motors for ATLANT washing machines using the technology of the world famous Bosch-Siemens company. The design production capacity is more than 1 million engines per year.

In 2012, the Minsk Refrigerator Plant and Household Appliances Factory successfully certified the existing quality management system for compliance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 in the German accreditation system (DAkkS). In the same year, the first refrigerators with No Frost system and single-compressor refrigerators of energy class A + of the CLASSIC series, freezers of energy class A + of the COMFORT series were launched, the production of 70 cm wide refrigerators from the MAXIMUM series and OPTIMA CONTROL washing machines was launched. A 36 millionth compressor was manufactured at the Baranavichy Machine-Tool Plant.

Among the novelties of 2012, ATLANT washing machines with a high energy efficiency class A ++ and with a maximum load increased to 7 kg.

In 2013, the ATLANT trademark won first place in the “Refrigerator” nomination in the International “Favorites of Success 2012” competition in Ukraine (the activity of the competition is aimed at identifying the most successful trademarks of the Ukrainian market). Among the new products of 2013 are COMFORT refrigerators, which have a freshness compartment for storing perishable foods, 54.5 cm wide COMPACT refrigerators, washing machines of the SMART ACTION series with various washing programs, self-designed compressors of the CT series, which make it possible to produce refrigerators of energy efficiency class A +++.

In 2014, ATLANT CJSC for the fifth time became a laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for achievements in the field of quality (based on the results of 2013). In the professional competition “Brand of the Year of Belarus-2014”, ATLANT also became the brand leader in three product groups: refrigerators, washing machines and “Brand Pride of Belarus”. In Ukraine, ATLANT was awarded the title “Choice of the Year 2014” in the category “Freezer of the Year”. In 2014, mass production of 70 cm wide refrigerators from the MAXIMUM series with the No Frost system and with an overhead freezer, SOFT ACTION washing machines with new features was launched.

The 35 millionth ATLANT refrigerator was launched in January 2015, and the 2 millionth ATLANT washing machine was launched in February. ATLANT has mastered the production of washing machines with the highest energy efficiency class - A +++, whose energy consumption is 33–35% less than class A machines. The color palette of ATLANT refrigerators and freezers has replenished with fashionable complex colors: “wet asphalt”, “ cappuccino ”,“ stardust ”.

In 2017, ATLANT’s new products were the 46 ADVANCE series refrigerators, as well as the Table-Top compact refrigerators and freezers. On December 7, 2017, the 16th ceremony of awarding the winners of the festival competition “Choice of the Year 2017” in Belarus was held, in which ATLANT was awarded the distinction in the nomination “Refrigerator No. 1”.

In 2018, the company introduced the updated PREMIUM series stainless steel refrigerators. The novelty of 2018 was the ATLANT X-1602 refrigerator, which can be easily combined with the M-7606-N freezer in the Side-by-Side combination. In 2018, the ATLANT household appliance lineup was replenished with a new compact washing machine 40M102 Maxi Function series and washing machines 05 of the Soft Action series, which are equipped with a segment display, many useful washing programs and additional functions. In 2018, ATLANT also released an updated line of 4400-ND and 4500-ND series refrigerators with a new LCD display and LED lighting.

• Minsk Refrigerator Plant, which produces household refrigerators, freezers, commercial refrigerators, wine refrigerators and small-sized thermoelectric refrigerators.
• Baranavichy Machine Tool Plant, which produces compressors for household refrigerators, technological complexes for the processing of plastics, conveyor systems.
• Household Appliances Plant (Minsk), producing washing machines and mastering the production of other household appliances.
